Men's Tennis Falls to Lipscomb

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- The Belmont men's tennis team fell to Lipscomb 4-0 in a non-conference match played Monday night at Lipscomb University in Nashville.

The Bisons captured the first point of the match as they earned wins at number one and number two doubles positions. The third doubles match was unfinished.  

In singles, Lipscomb posted wins at positions three, four, and six to clinch the 4-0 match victory over the Bruins.  The three remaining matches were not finished since the match had been decided.

Belmont (7-14) is back in action on Friday afternoon at 2:00pm as they play Jacksonville State in the first round of the OVC Tournament in Paducah, Kentucky.
