Softball Unveils 2012 Fall Schedule of Games
NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The Belmont softball team will suit up for the first time in late September to open its 2012 Fall slate of games.

Byers Named First Team All-Conference by Atlantic Sun
NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- The postseason honors continued for Belmont senior Ashley Byers as she was named a First Team All-Conference selection by the Atlantic Sun Conference on Tuesday. It is the first time Byers has been named to a postseason all-conference team and the first time for a Belmont player to make the A-Sun All-Conference team since Devon Schmidt was named to the All-Freshman team in 2010. She is just the second player in school history to make the A-Sun first team.

Softball Announces Addition of Kacey Frost to Coaching Staff
NASHVILLE, Tenn. - - Belmont University Head Softball Coach Chris Kuhlmeyer announced the addition of Kacey Frost as an assistant coach. Frost is a former Division I softball player and a veteran assistant coach at both the collegiate and club levels. Last season she served as a volunteer assistant coach for the Bruins, working primarily with Belmont's pitching staff.
