Regan Quaal begins his second year as a graduate assistant strength & conditioning coach.
Quaal completed his B.S. in Exercise Science (Clinical) from Grand Valley State University in April 2016, where he served as the vice president of the GVSU Strength Club. Upon graduation, he completed a summer internship with Western Michigan University’s Olympic Strength & Conditioning program, after which he accepted a full-time internship with Georgetown University’s Sports Performance program.
While at Georgetown, Quaal managed all aspects of the strength & conditioning programs for the sports of men’s soccer, men’s tennis, men’s crew, and sailing. During the 2016-17 academic year, he also held a second position as the head strength & conditioning coach at Episcopal High School in Alexandria, VA.
As a graduate assistant coach for Belmont, Quaal is responsible for the creation and delivery of all strength, speed, and conditioning programs for the sports of softball, men’s golf, and men’s tennis.
The Gaylord, Michigan native holds multiple certifications, including: NSCA-CSCS; USAW-L1, CSCCA-SCCC; CF-L1.
He is pursuing a graduate degree through Belmont’s master of sport administration program.
