Sarah Wrieden graduated from Belmont University in 2014 where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Nutrition. She also earned Academic Honors every year. During Wrieden’s time at Belmont, she passed the PT ACSM exam and became a Certified Personal Trainer.
As a Bruin, Wrieden competed as a sprinter, hurdler, jumper, and multi athlete. She was named captain of Belmont’s Women’s Track and Field Team her senior year and also set Belmont’s school record in the Pentathlon, placing seventh at the OVC Conference.
Wrieden is currently enrolled in graduate school at Belmont in the Master of Sport Administration program. She is also a certified Level 1 USATF coach.
