NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The Belmont women's golf team is back on the course this Monday and Tuesday at the APSU Intercollegiate held at Clarksville Country Club in Clarksville, Tennessee.
The squad is coming off a solid third place showing at the MSU/Greenbrier Invitational two weeks ago. At the tournament, senior Emma Kate Liu led BU as she tied for 10th place, her fourth top-10 finish in the last two seasons, while freshman Cameron Fish posted her first collegiate top-20 finish.
This week's APSU Intercollegiate is hosted by fellow OVC member Austin Peay. It will be a two-day, 54-hole event, with 36 holes contested on Monday and 18 holes on Tuesday. The tournament will be held at Clarksville Country Club and will be played to a par 72 and a length of 6,038 yards.
The field features 11 teams and includes six OVC squads: host Austin Peay, Belmont, Eastern Illinois, Morehead State, Murray State, and Tennessee State.
First round play will begin Monday morning with a 8:00am shotgun start.
