CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. – Three Belmont women's golfers have been named 2018-19 Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) All-American Scholars as announced on Monday.  The three honorees are: Emma Kate Liu, Carlee Nanney, and Julia Nittoli.

This marks the 14th straight year that Belmont has had a women's golfer named to this prestigious team.

Recent graduate Emma Kate Liu earns the honor for the fourth straight year, while rising seniors Carlee Nanney and Julia Nittoli are honored for the third time.

These three are among 25 Ohio Valley Conference (OVC) women's golfers recognized by the WGCA.

The criteria for selection to the All-American Scholar Team are some of the most stringent of all college athletics. The minimum cumulative GPA is 3.50 and student-athletes must have competed in at least 50% (Division I) or 66% (Division II & III) of the college's regularly scheduled competitive rounds during the year.
