NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The Belmont women's track and field team will return to action this weekend in their own backyard. The Bruins make the short trip to Vanderbilt to compete in its annual Black and Gold Meet.
The throwing events are slated to get underway on Friday at 4 p.m. Action resumes on Saturday morning at 10 a.m. with the conclusion of the field events with races on the track beginning at Noon.
BU will face off against competitors from Bradley, Fisk, Illinois, Kentucky Wesleyan, Lincoln Memorial, Lipscomb, Miami (Ohio), Missouri, Ohio Wesleyan, Saint Louis, Trevecca Nazarene, Trine, and host-Vanderbilt plus OVC foes Austin Peay, SIUE, Southeast Missouri, UT Martin, Tennessee State, and Tennessee Tech.
