Looking For Success at Western Kentucky
NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The Belmont University women's track and field team will be back in action this weekend at the Hiltopper Relays hosted by Western Kentucky.

The meet will begin Friday at 1 p.m. with the men's and women's pole vault and will conclude with the 300 meter run. Saturday, action will begin at 12 p.m. with the 4X100 meter relay. 

There will be 21 schools and 584 athletes competing this weekend. Belmont will square off against fellow OVC foes Eastern Kentucky, Austin Peay, Murray State, and Tennessee Tech.

Last weekend, sophomore LaCarol Baynes (Houston, Texas) was the lone Bruin to compete in the Florida Relays hosted by the University of Florida.

Baynes competed in the 400 meter hurdles amongst stiff competition. She clocked in at 1:02.86 giving her a 31st place finish.
