Logan Gray had a solid indoor season as a thrower for the women’s track and field team.    The Spartanburg, SC native finished second in the weight throw and posted a third place showing in the shot put at last month’s MVC Indoor Championships.  Prior to that, she won the shot put at the Music City Challenge and earned runner-up showings in the shot and weight at the Bellarmine meet. 
 
What is your favorite thing about Belmont?
The opportunities provided to the students to do so many cool things, meet so many incredible people, and to foster their own success! Also- stepping foot onto campus for the first time had me ready to pass out- it’s so gorgeous here.
 
If you could host a talk show , who would you line up as your first guest?
Almost certainly Jacob Collier.
 
What is your go-to karaoke song?
The Villain I Appear To Be by Connor Spiotto and Molly Pease
 
If you had to eat one meal every day for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Cheese eggs with burnt toast. I can switch up eggs 100 different ways.
 
What are your pre-game/meet rituals?
The only real consistency in my routine is music. As long as I have my earbuds and can listen to some gospel, some funk, and some fast rap music- I’m ready to take on whatever a meet throws at me.
 
Where is your favorite spot in Nashville?
My dorm- simply because the view is In.Cred.i.ble.
 
What is your favorite Halloween candy?
I love candy corn and twizzlers, almost certainly the two most contentious options.
 
If you were stuck in an elevator, which teammate would you want with you and why?
Definitely either Rebekah Stucker or Robert Joseph. They’re both almost unshakable in any situation. So if those two aren’t freaking out- I’m not freaking out!
 
What is your favorite holiday ritual?
Going with my family to a small town inside a small town (Little Africa inside Campobello) and raucously celebrating Christmas Eve by playing UNO with made up rules, being too scared to play spades with the adults, and making up Christmas carols as we go :)
