Curb Event Center Gameday Guide

The following Gameday Guide is for all athletic events held in the Curb Event Center. This includes Men's and Women's Basketball and Volleyball.
We hope this guide helps you as you prepare for your visit to Belmont University and the Curb Event Center.

ADA - The Curb Event Center is an ADA accessible and compliant facility. ADA seating is designated in Sections 102, 106, 113, 117, 119, and 122.

ALCOHOL POLICY - It is a violation of Belmont's Community Commitments and its Substance-Free Campus Policy to consume, possess, or be intoxicated by alcohol or drugs or to be in the presence of alcohol or drugs regardless of your own use, possession, or intoxication on campus.

BRUIN CLUB – The Bruin Club is the official annual fundraising organization for Belmont Athletics. Through different levels of donating, you can have access to exclusive seating and hospitality spaces on Basketball game days.

CAMERAS - Photo/video cameras are not permitted inside the Curb Event Center unless you are a credentialed member of the media. Credentialed media members are permitted to shoot along each baseline of the Curb Event Center, behind the designated blue areas. Access to the mezzanine level camera well, suites, and stands must go through the athletic media relations' office

Photographer and ENG work stations will be provided in the Curb Event Center Media Room as well as along the end of press row.

Images are for personal use only and may not be used for any commercial purposes and may not be re-sold without the express consent of Belmont University Athletics. Fans found to be using images for any unauthorized commercial purpose or found to be re-selling pictures will be asked by Belmont University Athletics to cease and desist from using the images for commercial purposes which may be against NCAA bylaws.

COMMENTS/CONCERNS - Fans are encouraged to share comments and concerns by calling or texting 615-460-BALL (2255).

LOST AND FOUND - Lost and Found is located within the Curb Event Center Box Office and is open during normal business hours at 30 minutes following completion of play. If you have already exited the arena, please visit the box office until 30 minutes after the game to claim an item. Any unclaimed items will be moved to campus security.

MERCHANDISE - Officially licensed Belmont Bruin apparel and gifts will be available on basketball gameday at campus store kiosks within the Curb Event Center. To shop the complete line of Belmont apparel and gifts, fans are invited to visit The Bruin Shop at its on-campus location (1905 15th Ave. S) or online. The Bruin Shop is a proud partner of Belmont University Athletics.

PARKING
 – Fans are encouraged to utilize the Curb Event Center garage, Crockett Center garage and the Johnson Center garage on gameday.

The Johnson Center is located just off of 15th Avenue and Loading Dock Drive on the eastern side of campus. There is free, lighted parking for 1,000 vehicles in a parking garage located underneath the building. Entrances are located here. For more details on parking, please click here.

The Curb Event Center parking is on a first-come, first-serve basis, with reserved parking available for select Bruin Club members.

The Crockett Center parking garage is located at 1521 Compton Ave, just a short walk from the Curb Event Center.

If you bring a vehicle to campus, you are responsible for observing all parking rules and regulations as well as all federal, state, and local laws governing the operation of a motor vehicle.Belmont University reserves the right to regulate the use of motor vehicles on campus and may prohibit the use of motor vehicles by persons who violate university regulations.

Belmont University assumes no financial responsibility for theft or damage to motor vehicles or contents for vehicles parked or operated on campus.

PETS/SERVICE ANIMALS - Animals, except for trained dogs or service animals assisting guests with disabilities, are not permitted in the Curb Event Center.

SMOKING POLICY - The use of tobacco is prohibited within the main university campus. This includes all buildings (including residence halls), parking structures, campus walkways, university owned vehicles, and privately owned vehicles parked on university property. This policy applies to all students, faculty, staff, contractors, vendors, and other visitors to all university property. Prohibited tobacco products include, but are not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, cigarillos, pipes, hookahs, all smokeless tobacco and e-cigarettes.

TRADITIONS

TICKETS - Every person, unless under age 2 or exempted in advance through Belmont University Athletics, is required to have a ticket to gain entry to Belmont sponsored athletic events within the Curb Event Center.   (Click here to view the Mobile Ticketing Guide (PDF)).

  • NOTE: Students may utilize their BUID for admission to Belmont sponsored athletic events within the Curb Event Center
  • Arena doors will open 60 minutes prior to tipoff for fans.
  • General will call and player pass list attendees are encouraged to enter the arena at the main Curb Event Center Box Office entrance
  • Volleyball tickets are General Admission
  • Men's and Women's Basketball tickets are Reserved Seating
