NASHVILLE, Tenn. – In the first game of a Saturday double header, Chattanooga (19-7-0) takes the first game over Belmont (2-19-0) by a score of 6-0.

Chattanooga kicked off the scoring in the third inning when the Mocs were able to load the bases with no outs.  A single drove in two runs, but Belmont pitcher Julie Harmon (Brentwood, Tenn.) rebounded to get the next three Chattanooga batters out without any further damage.

The Mocs added four more runs to their lead in the sixth inning when a series of errors allowed Chattanooga to bring four more runners across the plate.

The Mocs would cap the scoring at six, and the game ended with a final score of 6-0.
