• Placed seventh and recorded a season best time of 9:48.85 in the 3000m steeplechase at the Ole Miss Classic (3/22-23) 

2024 Indoor (Sophomore)

• Recorded a season best time of 1:59.91 in the 800m at the Vanderbilt Invitational (1/19-20)

2023 Outdoor (Freshman) 

• Posted a personal best in the 1500m with a time of 4:09.81 at the Georgia Tech Invitational (4/21)
• Set a personal record in the 800m with a time of 2:00.01 and the 3000m Steeplechase with a time of 9:40.49 at the Music City Challenge (4/29)

2023 Indoor (Freshman)

• Set a personal record in the mile with a time of 4:34.59 at the Commodore Challenge (1/13)
• Recorded a personal best in the 600m with a time of 1:26.40 at the Music City Challenge (2/11)

Prior to Belmont: Attended Cincinnati Christian Schools … District and conference champion, regional runner-up, and All-Ohio at state meets … Four-time District champion in Track and Field, All-Ohio in 1600 and school record holder, Nike national qualifier in 2000 steeplechase … also was on the varsity swim team. 

Personal: Majoring in Audio Engineering ... Enjoys playing guitar and music, along with disc golf … Practiced Taekwondo for nine years before running, earned first degree black belt.
