2023 (Redshirt Junior)

• Ran a season best time of 16:21 in the 5K at the Belmont Opener (9/1)
• Recorded a season best time of 24:31.9 in the 8K at the 2023 John McNichols Invitational (9/16) 
• Wrapped up the 2023 Cross Country season with a season best time of 30:08 in the 10K at the NCAA Division I South Region Cross Country Championships (11/10)

Prior to Belmont: Cheeseman joins as a graduate transfer from Notre Dame and will suit up for the Bruins as a redshirt junior athletically. The Signal Mountain, Tennessee, native ran for Brentwood Academy in Nashville and Fort Worth Christian School in Texas. He collected three cross country and track and field championships while at Brentwood Academy. Over his entire high school career, Cheeseman was a four-time cross country state champion, and a five time track state champion. He also claimed the New Balance 5K national championship. While at Notre Dame, he was an all-region cross country runner in 2022.
