2009: Ran in four of six meets ... 30th at Atlantic Sun Championships (8K) with a time of 27:30 ... 75th at Panorama Farms Invitational (8K) hosted by the Univ. of Virginia with a time of 25:40.41 ... Also ran in NCAA South Regional Qualifer (10K) and Greater Louisville Cross Country Classic (8K).

2008: All-Atlantic Sun First Team ... Participated in all six meets ... Placed fourth at Atlantic Sun Championships (11/1) with an 8K personal record of 24:52.14 ... Finished 44th out of 147 runners in the NCAA South Regional (11/15) 10K race ... Marked the highest finish on the team at Louisville Classic (10/4), finishing 44th out of 294 runners with a time of 25:00.05.


2007: Redshirted.

Finished eighth at Atlantic Sun Indoor Championships in 3,000m with a time of 9:00.04 ... Competed in five outdoor meets, finishing in the top-10 at each ... 2006-07: Fifth in mile run at Ed Temple Classic (4:33.64) ... Finished seventh in 3,000m at Indiana Indoor (8:56.05).


Prior to Belmont: Prepped at Lebanon High School ... Earned All-State honors in cross country and track three consecutive years ... Finished in the top-five at the Class AAA State Cross Country Meet three times, including second in 2005 ... Finished third in the 3,200 meters at the Class AAA State Track Meet ... Qualified for the Foot Locker National Cross Country Championships in 2005, where he placed 32nd.
