• Finished sixth in the 1500m at the Outdoor Music City Challenge (4/26-27) with a time of 3:54.58
• Ran a season best time of 3:52.74 in the 1500m at the 2024 MVC Outdoor Track & Field Championship (5/10-12)

2024 Indoor (Graduate Student)

• Competed in one indoor meet this season
• Secured a top-25 finish and ran a season best time of 8:27.58 in the 3000m at the Vanderbilt Invitiational (1/19-20) 

2023 Outdoor (Graduate Student)

• Recorded a personal best in the 5000m with a time of 14:42.07 at the Flames Invitational (4/7)
• Posted a personal best in the 1500m with a time of 3:52.43 at the Music City Challenge (4/29)

2023 Indoor (Graduate Student)

• Finished fourth in the 3000m with a personal best time of 8:21.31 at the Vanderbilt Invitational (1/20)
• Set a personal record in the mile with a time of 4:13.65 at the Music City Challenge (2/10)

Prior to Belmont: Team captain in cross country and track in high school … Attended Drake University for four years, earning a degree in Sports Administration … placed 8th in 2021 MVC cross country championships … won conference championship with Drake … Placed 5th at 2022 MVC Indoor championships in 5K … 5th all time in Drake school history for Indoor 5K. 

Personal: Persuing his Master of Sport Administration degree ... Was named twice a member of MVC Scholar Athlete Team for cross country … enjoys playing and watching sports and watching movies.
