• Registered a 12th place finish alongside a season best time of 29:44.19 in the 10000m at the 2024 Bryan Clay Invitational (4/11-13)
• Recorded a season best time of 14:21.87 in the 5000m at the Raleigh Relays 
• Ran a season best time of 4:04.50 in the 1500m at the Yellow Jacket Invitational 

2024 Indoor (Junior)

• Finished seventh in the 5000m at the Vanderbilt Invitational (1/19-20) with a time of 14:47.24
• Registered a 15th place finish in the 3000m at the MVC Indoor Track & Field Championships (2/25-26) with a time of 8:28.46

2023 Outdoor (Sophomore)

• Recorded a new personal best in the 10,000m with a time of 29:54.19 at the Flames Invitational (4/7)
• Placed eight in the 10,000m at the MVC Outdoor Invitational (5/12)

2023 Indoor (Sophomore)

• Posted a personal record in the 3000m with a time of 8:29.57 at the PNC Bank Bellarmine Classic (2/3)
• Set a personal best in the 5000m with a time of 14:26.79 at the Music City Challenge (2/10)

Prior to Belmont: Posted a 28th-place finish at the highly-competitive 2019 Nike South Regional in The Woodlands, Texas … Ran at Flower Mound High School where he was a three-time all-district selection and three-time state qualifier … Owns the third-fastest 5K time in school history ... Set a personal best at 14:53 and holds a 3200m personal record of 9:25. 

Personal: Majoring in Management
