- Placed 1st in javelin with a distance of 56.12m at the Brent Chumbley Memorial Hilltopper Relays
- Earned a 2nd place finish in javelin at the MVC Outdoor Championships
- Competed in the NCAA Division I East First Round and placed 46th overall
Prior to Belmont: Competed in cross country and track and field in high school, in track and field action he claimed district and regional championships in javelin in his sophomore and senior seasons.Â
