- Set a school record of 16:47.7 in the 5K at the Joe Paine Notre Dame Invitational (10/4), finishing 34th and breaking her own record of 16:52.23 from the Southern Showcase (9/13)
- Earned MVC Female Runner of the Week honors for the week of October 7 following her performance at Notre Dame
- Placed 14th in the 6K at the 2024 MVC Cross Country Championships (11/1) with a season best time of 20:45.7
2023 (Freshman)
- Competed in one meet this season
- Placed third and set a season best time of 18:05.0 in the 5K at the Belmont Opener (9/1)
Prior to Belmont: While starring for Prairie Ridge High School, Soukup earned all-state honors five times and was a consistent all-region and all-conference runner. She finished her high school career by winning 2023 Athlete of the Year honors.
