Sutton Mason begins her first year as an athletic trainer at Belmont.

Mason was recently hired as an assistant athletic trainer and will work with the Volleyball and Tennis programs.   

She completed her master's degree in athletic training from the University of Iowa, where she worked with the women's gymnastics team and the men's and women's basketball programs during her time.

Mason completed her Bachelor of Science degree in pre-athletic training at Campbellsville University in Kentucky in May of 2021. During her undergraduate studies, Mason was a member of the volleyball team.  

She is a Nashville native.
