2023 Indoor: Set a personal record in the 60m hurdles with a time of 9.25 at the Commodore Challenge (1/13).

2023 Outdoor: Placed fifth in the 400m hurdles and the 4x400m relay at the Ole Miss Classic (3/24)...Recorded a personal best in the 100m hurdles with a time of 15.30 at the Georgia Tech Invitational (4/21).
