2023 Outdoor: Finished fifth in the 4x400m relay at the Ole Miss Classic (3/24)...Set a personal record in the heptathlon with a score of 3,933 points at the MVC Outdoor Championship (5/12).

Prior to Belmont: Placed 8th in 400m hurdles at 2018 Ontario High School Championships … 6th in 100m hurdles in 2019 with a time of 14:37 … -Won Gold at 2019 Indoor Ontario championships in the 4x400 relay … Attended University of Arkansas at Little Rock and completed one indoor season before redshirting outdoors and entering the transfer portal … Competed with the London Legion Track and Field Club, earning 4th  at the 2018 Canadian Youth Track & Field Championships in the 400m hurdles … 3rd at 2018 Indoor Ontario championships in the pentathlon with 2758 points … Gold at the 2019 Indoor Canadian National championships in the 60m hurdles ...
