• Finished in the top-10 in the 3000m steeplechase at the 2024 MVC Outdoor Track & Field Championship (5/10-12) with a season best time of 11:11.51

2024 Indoor (Graduate Student)

• Placed first in the 5000m at the Vanderbilt Invitational (1/19-20) with a season best time of 17:02.19
• Earned a fourth place finish in the mile at the Commodore Challenge (1/12-13) with a season best time of 4:52.46

2023 Outdoor (Senior)

• Placed second in the 3000m steeplechase at the Flames Invitational (4/7)
• Finished first in the 3000m steeplechase with a personal best time of 10:28.97 at the Music City Challenge (4/29)
• Placed seventh in the 3000m steeplechase at the MVC Outdoor Championship (5/12)
• Qualified for the NCAA East Preliminary Round

2023 Indoor (Senior) 

• Recorded a new personal best in the 3000m with a time of 9:50.88 at the PNC Bank Bellarmine (2/3)
• Set a new personal best in the 5000m at the Music City Challenge (2/10) with a time of 17:04.23

2020 Indoor (Freshman) 

• Competed in five meets
• Posted five top-30 finishes
• Took 20th in the Mile at the University of Kentucky's Jim Green Invitational
• Top-30 finish in a deep Mile field at the Vanderbilt Invitational
• Placed sixth in the 3000m at the Thundering Herd Invitational
• Ran a season-best 5:05.57 Mile to finish fifth at the Samford Bulldog Invitational
• At the OVC Indoor Championship took 12th in the Mile 
• Earned OVC Commissioner's Honor Roll distinction.

Prior to Belmont: Four-time state qualifier in cross country and track ... Finished in the top-10 at the Colorado 3A Cross Country Championship twice (5th in 2018, 9th in 2016) ... Two-time First Team All-State in cross country ... Helped her Classical Academy team win the 3A State Championship in 2018 ... Earned three top-three finishes at the 2019 3A State Track and Field Championships (2nd in the 1600m, 3rd in the 3200m, 3rd in the 4x800 relay) ... Earned top-10 finishes at the 2018 State Meet (7th in the 1600m, 6th in the 3200m) ... Team captain junior and senior years in both cross country and track.
