Prepped at Porta High in Petersburg, Ill., under coaches James Brauer and Beth French ... Owns the PHS record in the 1600m (5:03.25) ... Also set school record in three mile run (17:21) ... Four-time All-State selection ... Led team at IHSA State Cross Country Meet all four years ... Led PHS at IHSA State Track Meet in the 4x800m Relay ... 2016 IHSA All-State Academic Team ... Served as cross country team captain as a senior.
