2023 Outdoor: Placed third in the 400m hurdles at the Ole Miss Classic (3/24)...Finished second in 400m hurdles at the Flames Invitational (4/7)...Placed second in the 400m hurdles with a personal best time of 1:01.23 at the Music City Challenge (4/29)...Set a personal best in the 100m hurdles with a time of 14.24 at the MVC Outdoor Championship (5/12).
