Rosenberg, a part of four NCAA Tournament teams during his coaching career, has served as associate head coach at Mississippi State the past three seasons.
During Rosenberg's three years in Starkville, the Bulldogs recorded 11 Top 50 wins, including victories over nationally-ranked Florida, Missouri, and Arkansas, as well as SEC mainstays Texas A&M, Ole Miss, Oklahoma, Georgia, South Carolina and LSU.

Rosenberg has been responsible for training, recruiting, and game-planning all positions on the volleyball court, coaching award-winning setters, front row players and defensive specialists.

This past year, middle blocker Arissa Smith was named AVCA All-Region while Rebecca Walk was named to the SEC Community Service team for a fourth time.

Under Rosenberg's tutelage, Mississippi State led the SEC in digs in 2022, as Gabby Waden was named All-SEC and AVCA All-Region.

Prior to Mississippi State, Rosenberg spent eight seasons at Ball State. He helped the Cardinals to the top of the Mid-American Conference, with a 145-97 overall record, including an 88-47 mark in conference play.

Ball State made NCAA Tournament appearances in 2019 and 2021, including victory over Michigan in the 2021 NCAA Tournament.

All told during Rosenberg's time, Ball State won two MAC Tournament titles, the 2021 MAC regular season championship, and four MAC West Division championships.

In addition, the Illinois native served as acting head coach for a portion of the 2020-21 season, guiding the Cardinals to a 5-3 record while head coach Kelli Miller Phillips was on maternity leave.

Ball State led the MAC in blocks per set three times with Rosenberg serving as blocking coach.

Rosenberg has experience coaching in the Missouri Valley Conference, having spent three successful seasons on staff at Missouri State from 2011-13.

While in Springfield, the Bears earned a 2011 NCAA Tournament at-large bid, posting two 20-win seasons and going 34-19 in MVC play.

Rosenberg helped develop AVCA All-American and 3-time All-MVC setter Carly Thomas.

Prior to joining the Missouri State staff, Rosenberg spent the 2010 season as a volunteer assistant coach at Kentucky. He helped guide the Wildcats to a 17-14 record and a trip to the NCAA Tournament. While on the UK staff, Rosenberg worked with SEC Libero of the Year Stephanie Klefot and AVCA Honorable Mention All-American middle blocker Lauren Rapp.

Rosenberg started his collegiate coaching career in 2009 as an assistant at the University of Saint Francis, in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

A 2008 graduate of Ball State University with a degree in sport administration, Rosenberg worked with both the men's and women's club teams at BSU from 2006-09. He was head coach and captain of the men's club program, helping it improve a 2-38 record to a 35-16 mark by his final season. As the co-head coach of the women's club program, he was named the 2008 National Intramural-Recreational Sports Association Co-Coach of the Year after guiding the program to a No. 1 national ranking. The women's club program posted a 108-6 record over his three seasons and placed third at nationals in 2007 and 2008.

In addition to working with Ball State's club teams, Rosenberg was an assistant coach at Muncie (IN) Central for two seasons, helping guide the program to a Class 4A state runner-up finish in 2006.

He was an assistant at Plainfield North High School in 2008, helping four players move on to NCAA Division I programs.

Rosenberg also had a three-year stint coaching at the acclaimed Munciana club volleyball program, with his 2010 17U team placing fifth at the AAU National Championships.
