Sadler, who earned a bachelor's degree in video production with a minor in sports in media from Belmont in 2016 and completed a master's degree in sport administration in 2018, has been a cornerstone of Belmont's athletic video presence the last eight years.

A native of Franklin, Tennessee, Sadler gained additional experience as a valued lead crew member for the Nashville Sounds and the Ohio Valley Conference championships.

In 2014, Sadler was chosen by the NCAA Women's Final Four Committee to produce documentary videos for the four participating institutions in Nashville: UConn, Notre Dame, Maryland and Stanford. That same year, the YWCA contracted Sadler to amplify their online video presence through instructional coaching videos.
