NASHVILLE, Tenn. - - Belmont University men's basketball returns to play Saturday vs. Western Kentucky in the Bruins' home opener. Belmont dropped an 80-66 decision at Vanderbilt Tuesday.
Junior Amanze Egekeze (Lake in the Hills, Ill.) scored 18 points on 7-for-10 shooting. However, the Bruins went 9-for-41 from 3-point distance, missing the second-most 3-pointers in a single game since going NCAA Division I.
