RICHMOND, Ky. - - Belmont University men's basketball returns to game action Saturday at Eastern Kentucky.
Belmont defeated Morehead State, 84-78, Thursday. Senior Evan Bradds (Jamestown, Ohio) had 32 points and 10 rebounds for the Bruins.
Bradds has a younger brother, Ethan, who has committed to play football at Eastern Kentucky. Ethan, a 6-4, 250-pound senior tight end at Greeneview High School, will enroll at Eastern Kentucky in the fall.
Former Belmont standout J.J. Mann ('14) and former Eastern Kentucky standout Corey Walden are each playing professionally in Belgium.
Senior Taylor Barnette is a native of Lexington, Kentucky.
2016 graduate and 3-time All-OVC selection Craig Bradshaw scored a season-high 33 points in last season's victory at Eastern Kentucky.
This marks the 13th meeting between Belmont and Eastern Kentucky.
