BATAVIA, Ohio – The Belmont women's golf team finished in a tie for ninth place at this week's NKU Fall Classic held at Elks Run Golf Club in Batavia, Ohio.
On a day where golfers were dodging raindrops throughout the round, Belmont shot a team score of 319 on Tuesday to finish in a tie for ninth place with Fort Wayne at 960. UNC-Asheville won the team title at 914, while Dayton was second at 918.
The Bruins were led by senior Mallory Sullivan, who shot a five over par 76 in the final round to finish in a tie for fourth place at 225.
