NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The Belmont women's golf team returns to action this Sunday-Tuesday at the Bobby Nichols Intercollegiate held in Sevierville, Tennessee.
Belmont hopes to show some improvement after finishing in 14th place at the Bradley Spring Invitational earlier this week. Freshman Maribeth Peevy led the Bruins as she finished in 46th place.
Senior Mallory Sullivan continues to lead BU in scoring with a 77.3 average. She also leads the team in top-10 finishes with five.
The Bobby Nichols Intercollegiate is a three-day, 54-hole event with 18 holes contested on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. It will be held on the River Course at Sevierville Golf Club. The course will play to a par 71 and a length of 5,803 yards. The field features nine teams, including four from the the OVC: Belmont, Jacksonville State, Tennessee State, and Tennessee Tech.
First round play begins Sunday morning with a 7:30am CT shotgun start.
