NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The Belmont University women's cross country team returned to action on Friday morning at the Crimson Classic in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
In their fourth meet of the season, the Bruins claimed a third place finish with 161 points in a field of 24 teams. Belmont finished ahead of Clemson, Miami, Georgia and Mississippi State, among others.
Brooke Garter led the charge for Belmont, finishing 10th with a time of 20:30.2.
Katie Flaherty, Grace Litzinger, Brooke Stromsland were the next three Bruin finishers who all finished inside the top 25.
Alexa Fortman, Carson Wasemiller and Clara Crain all secured new personal best marks as Belmont closed out its Friday morning race.
