Women's Golf Wraps Fall Season This Weekend in Alabama

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The Belmont women's golf team wraps up the fall season this weekend at The Robbie Invitational at the RTJ Trail at Hampton Cove in Owens Cross Roads, Alabama.

WHAT'S BRUIN

• Earlier this week, the Bruins tied for seventh at The Judson in Hattiesburg, Mississippi.  Sophomore Sloane Biddle led the team as she tied for 15^th at 220.
• Biddle shot a final round 69 at The Judson, which is the lowest by a Bruin this fall.  It was also Biddle's second lowest score during her Belmont career.
• Sloane leads the team in scoring with a 73.4 average and four top-20 finishes.
• Graduate student Chloe Tarkany ranks second in scoring with a 75.1 average and two top-20 showings.
• The Bruins will wrap their fall season and begin their spring season on the same golf course… The Highlands Course at Hampton Cove.  BU will play in the Huntsville.org Intercollegiate next March to start their spring slate.

The Robbie Invitational, is a three-day, 54-hole event, with 18 holes contested on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.  Hosted by Lipscomb, it will be played on the Highlands Course at Hampton Cove, which will play to a par 72 and a length of over 6,000 yards. 

The field features 11 teams and includes the likes of host Lipscomb, UAB, Georgia, SMU, Tennessee Tech, and two other MVC schools: Evansville and Murray State.
