NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The Belmont women's golf team announces the signing of Meredith Eller for the 2026-27 season.
Meredith is a native of Mt. Juliet, Tennessee and prepped at Wilson Central High School. Ranked #7 in the Tennessee's 2026 Class by Junior Golf Scoreboard, she is a three-time State Championship qualifier, earning two top-10 finishes.   Eller is a two-time District and Regional Champion and a three-time Wilson County Cup Champion.Â
In the past year on Tennessee's Sneds Junior Tour, Eller earned one win, three top-five finishes, and three top-10 showings.
In addition, Meredith was recently chosen as one of eight girls to represent Tennessee for 2026 as a part of the USGA's National Development Program. Â
"Meredith is a hardworking player who's always focused on getting better," said
Olivia Jordan, Belmont's Head Coach. "Her dedication and drive will be a great addition to our women's golf program."
The women's golf team wrapped up their fall season earlier this month. They had three top-six finishes, including a team championship at the Braun Intercollegiate. They will begin their spring season on March 2-3 at the Huntsville Intercollegiate in Owens Cross Roads, Alabama.
