NASHVILLE, TENN -- The College Sports Communicators announced its 2025 All-District Team, honoring student-athletes who excelled both on the field and in the classroom. Two Bruins also earn finalist spots for Academic All-American team.
Anna Samuel earned a spot on the All-Academic Team after posting a 3.74 GPA as an Exercise Science major. On the field, she appeared in 17 games with 11 starts, totaling 732 minutes, and scored her first career goal in the regular-season finale against Illinois State.
Kennedy Wise was named to the All-Academic Team after maintaining an impressive 3.95 GPA as a Biology major. On the field, she appeared in 17 matches with 16 starts, logging 974 minutes, while contributing two goals and one assist during the season. Wise also was named a finalist for the Academic All-American team as well.
Laken Whittington was recognized on the All-Academic Team after earning a 3.59 GPA as a Biology major. She appeared in all 17 matches, making 11 starts, while contributing three goals and two assists throughout the season. Whittington also was named a finalist for the Academic All-American team as well.
Olivia Walker was named to the All-Academic Team as a Biology major earning a 3.59 GPA. She appeared in 17 games and started 8 throughout the season contributing two goals and two assists while totaling 599 minutes of play.
Lillie Tabor earned All-Academic Team recognition after posting a perfect 4.0 GPA as a Finance major. She led the team in minutes played with 1,519 and added one assist on the season.
Sydney Jones was named to the All-Academic team for her performance in the goal for the bruins this season producing 5 shutouts on the season.
