Carter Whitt continued his strong play with a Curb Event Center record 15 assists vs. Missouri State. The Raleigh, North Carolina native has 53 assists over his last six games and ranks among MVC leaders in scoring, assists, and steals. Whitt has 15 games over double figure scoring with four-plus assists.

Jonathan Pierre went over 1,000 career points vs. Missouri State. The Hallandale, Florida native has 17 double figure scoring games this season, including a career-high 28 points at Richmond. Pierre is a two-time MVC Newcomer of Week honoree.

Isaiah Walker had 18 points vs. Missouri State. Walker has scored in double figures in four consecutive games and 17 times this season. The Wyoming, Ohio had 13 points and nine rebounds vs. Valparaiso Jan. 14.

Tyler Lundblade ranks among MVC and NCAA leaders in 3-point field goals per game and 3-point field goal percentage. The Dallas, Texas native scored a career-high 27 points vs. Missouri State and was named MVC Player of the Week Monday.

Brigham Rogers had 13 points, three assists, and a career-high six steals vs. Missouri State. The Woodstock, Georgia native scored a career-high 17 points and added nine rebounds vs. Southern Illinois. Rogers is fourth in the MVC in 2-point field goal percentage in league games. He scored 10 points vs. Valparaiso Jan. 14.

Aidan Noyes has provided a major contribution off the bench in recent games. The Cincinnati, Ohio native has a 64 percent total shooting percentage in MVC games, including 13 points vs. Southern Illinois, 11 points at Murray State, and 11 points vs. Missouri State.

Drew Scharnowski had a career-high 20 points and eight rebounds at Murray State. The 6-9 forward recorded a career-high four blocked shots at Northern Iowa and scored 12 points on 6-for-7 shooting at Lipscomb.

Sam Orme has been a steady frontcourt player for the Bruins. The Carmel, Indiana native has posted three straight double figure scoring games with 13 points at Murray State, a career-high 20 points at Illinois State, and 15 points Sunday.

Brody Peebles had 11 points vs. Missouri State. The Hartselle, Alabama native has a team-high 50 career double figure scoring games. He is 10 points away from 1,000 for his career.

The Bruins enter the season alongside Gonzaga, Kansas, and Oregon as one of four programs to win 20 or more games 14 consecutive seasons.

This marks the first time since its inaugural NCAA Division I season of 1996-97 that Belmont enters a campaign having to replace all five starters.

- Belmont head coach Casey Alexander is one of six NCAA Division I head coaches to win 20 or more games in eight consecutive seasons, joining Dana Altman (Oregon), Mark Few (Gonzaga), Greg McDermott (Creighton), Kelvin Sampson (Houston), and Bill Self (Kansas).
