Belmont Athletics Partners With Short's Travel Management

Industry Leader to Streamline Bruin Travel

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - - Belmont University Vice President/Director of Athletics Scott Corley announced Monday a partnership with Short's Travel Management as the exclusive travel management provider for Bruin Athletics.

Short's Travel provides premium service, delivering end-to-end travel solutions designed to support student-athletes and coaches with seamless, cost-effective logistics.

Through the agreement, Belmont Athletics will gain access to Short's designated agent model—providing personalized service, 24/7 support, and a full suite of travel services including commercial air, charter flights, ground transportation, hotel accommodations, and emergency response assistance. The collaboration is designed to simplify travel planning, reduce expenses, and allow Belmont's teams to focus fully on performance.

"We are thrilled to partner with Short's Travel for our athletics travel needs," Corley said. "Their expertise and proven track record will help us streamline logistics, reduce costs, and give our student-athletes and coaches with a first-class travel experience. This partnership reemphasizes our commitment to excellence in all aspects of our athletics program."

"Belmont is a program on the rise, and we're excited to help support that momentum, said David LeCompte, Short's Travel CEO. "Their commitment to doing things the right way—both athletically and administratively—aligns with our approach to travel management. We're proud to be part of their journey and look forward to building a long and successful relationship."

The partnership begins for the 2025-26 academic year.
