Sloane Biddle Tied for 42nd after Round One of the NCAA Louisville Regional

SIMPSONVILLE, KY. – Belmont's Sloane Biddle is tied for 42^nd place after round one of the NCAA Louisville Regional held Monday at the University of Louisville Golf Club in Simpsonville, Kentucky.

Biddle posted an opening round 74 (+2) on Monday to finish in a pack of golfers in 42^nd place.  She is seven strokes back of a trio of individual leaders at 67: Ole Miss' Kajsalotta Svarvar, Nanami Nakashima of Kansas State and Isabella Johnson of MTSU. 

Starting on the 10^th hole, the Old Hickory, Tennessee native bogeyed her first hole, then steadied herself with four straight pars.  She birdied 15 and 16, but dropped back with a bogey on 18. 

On her second nine, Biddle bogeyed two holes, one and five, but parred the rest to finish the day at 74, two over par.
