Belmont Names Nicole Page as Head Women's Golf Coach

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - - Belmont University Vice President/Director of Athletics Scott Corley announced Monday the hire of Nicole Page as the third head women's golf coach in program history.

Page comes to Belmont after spending the previous three-plus years as assistant women's golf coach at Coastal Carolina.
 
"I want to sincerely thank Scott Corley, Renee Schultz, and everyone in Belmont Athletics for trusting me with the opportunity to lead this program," said Page.   "Returning home to Nashville to coach at Belmont is incredibly meaningful to me. I am so happy to join a university whose commitment to faith, community, and developing the whole student athlete aligns so closely with my values. I'm excited to build on the strong foundation that's been established, continue moving the program forward, and compete for championships while representing Belmont well." 

"We are excited to welcome Nicole to Belmont," said Renee Schultz, senior associate athletic director and senior woman administrator. "Nicole brings tremendous credentials, both as a coach within NCAA Division I and as a decorated player. Her experiences will enrich current and future Belmont student-athletes. We look forward to reaching new heights under Nicole's leadership."
 
Page coached four All-Sun Belt Conference selections (Carla Bourdeaux, Ella Murray, Sara Sarrion, and Hannah Karg), and 14 Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) All-America Scholar selections.
 
Coastal Carolina posted 31 rounds at par or better in 2025-26.
 
During her tenure, Coastal Carolina captured two team titles – Golfweek/Stifel Spring Challenge and Sea Best Invitational – and three individual medalist honors. Moreover, CCU posted a team total of 283 (-5) in the 2024 Rivertown Invitational.
 
The Chanticleers finished runner-up at the 2025 Sun Belt Conference Women's Golf Championship.

Previously, Page served as graduate assistant coach at Jacksonville State in 2022-23.
 
While at JSU, Page coached 2023 First Team All-Atlantic Sun selection Claire Vermette and helped the program's transition into CUSA.
 
A native of Thompson's Station, Tennessee, Page was a five-year letterwinner at acclaimed golf program, Augusta University.
 
Page led the Jaguars in scoring average as a sophomore and was part of two NCAA Tournament qualifying teams.
 
She earned her bachelor's degree in communications with a minor in business administration from Augusta in 2022.
