CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. - - Belmont University women's soccer heads to Missouri this weekend as they match up against Southeast Missouri on Sunday.

Kickoff is set for 3:00 p.m. CT from Houk Field. Live stats will be provided and the game will be streamed on ESPN+.
WHAT'S BRUIN
- The Bruins start the season off 1-3-3 coming off a 1-0 loss against Ole Miss on the road.
- Belmont had a strong showing against the Rebels despite the loss, and controlled the game through most of the second half.
- Belmont concludes a three game road trip and non-conference play on Sunday, returning home next Sunday to start conference play against UIC.
About The Redhawks
- Finished last season 2-15-2 and 2-5-2 in conference play.Â
- Southeast Missouri qualified for the OVC Championship tournament however they were defeated by Southern Indiana in the first round.
- The Redhawks currently sit at 1-5-1 and are coming off a 4-0 loss against Saint Louis.
- Southeast Missouri will be playing their first home match in a month with their last match at Houk Field resulting in a 1-0 win on August 13th.
Series History
- Belmont and Southeast Missouri meet for the 16th time in program history including four postseason match ups, having competed for many years in the OVC.
- The Bruins battled the Redhawks last season and came away with a 1-0 victory at home after Kaitlyn Elliot scored to open the second half.
