Won in BU's season opener as he finished with five innings pitched and eight strikeouts (2/19/16) .. Logged eight innings and struck out eight against Western Michigan en route to his second win of 2016 (2/26/16) ... Received a no decision but was masterful in his third start of the season against Youngstown State when he logged seven shutout innings and struck out eight (3/4/16) ... Hardluck loser in the series opener between BU and EKU, as he tossed a complete game and allowed just one earned run (3/18/16) ... Threw eight innings, striking out nine, en route to his third victory of the season at Morehead State (3/24/16) ... The seniorprovided Belmont with eight innings and pitched at least seven innings for the sixth time in seven starts in Friday victory vs. UT Martin (4/1/16) ...  Named adidas® OVC Baseball Pitcher of the Week and College Sports Madness Ohio Valley Baseball Player of the Week, after striking out a career-high 16 batters en route to his fifth victory of the season vs. Austin Peay (4/15/16) ... As Belmont’s game one starter in every series on the season, Quillen went 5-4 with a 4.61 ERA in 14 starts and tied for the OVC high with 92.3 innings pitched during the regular season … The senior ranked third in the OVC with 113 strikeouts and broke the Belmont single season record of 102 … Logged at least five innings pitched in 12 of his 14 starts … Registered three double-digit strikeout games and averaged over eight per start.

2015: Second Team All-OVC honoree ... Finished 5-5 with a 4.44 ERA ... Started 13 games and appeared in 14 overall ... Finished third in innings pitched with 73.0 ... Finished second in strikeouts with 75 ... Notched one complete game.

Prior to Belmont: (University of Tennessee, Walters State CC) Posted a 2-3 Record to the mound over 57 innings pitched at the University of Tennessee and a 9-1 record on the mound at Walters State CC.. In High school, Quillen waspart of Dobyns-Bennett High school team which was named All-Conference, All-District, Super 22 Team, and All-Area.
