Andrew Rankin begins his second season with Belmont Baseball as Graduate Manager/Player Development. In his role, Rankin performs a variety of tasks such as data analytics, advanced scouting, video analysis. He also assists in the planning of road trips, setting up practices and managing inventory.

Prior to Belmont, Rankin worked as a Volunteer Student Worker for the Ole Miss Baseball program. He Maintained analytics programs and spreadsheets while creating advanced reports on opposing teams through video analysis in addition to operational duties. 

As a student at Ole Miss, Rankin worked as Scout/Field Manager for Perfect Game, served as a Fan Development Intern for the Columbus Blue Jackets and worked for the Cincinnati Reds as a P&G Cincinnati MLB Youth Academy Intern. He also served as a student worker in Ole Miss’ marketing department as well as an Operations Intern for Bullpen Tournaments. 

Rankin earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Mississippi in 2019 in Marketing and Communication Strategy. He is currently working on his Masters of Sport Administration at Belmont.
