One of the top young coaches in college basketball, Tyler Holloway (CoachTHolloway) returns in 2023-24 for his 15th season with Belmont Basketball, sixth as assistant coach and fifth as a member of Casey Alexander's staff.

With two-time all-conference guard Ben Sheppard selected No. 26 by the Indiana Pacers in the 2023 NBA Draft, Belmont is among exclusive company with two or more first-round selections in the NBA Draft over the last five years.

"Tyler is a well-rounded coach that has earned the appreciation of everyone affiliated with the program," Alexander said. "He is a go-getter, has high credibility from his playing career, and is willing to take on - and excel at - any task."

The coaching veteran will continue to support the Bruin program in a number of capacities, including video analysis through Synergy Sports, player development, offensive play calling, scouting reports, recruiting, and other day-to-day activities.

With Holloway on staff, three Belmont players have received Associated Press Honorable Mention All-America and OVC Player of the Year honors (Ian Clark, J.J.
