In his role, Lesko aids in the logistical and administrative operations of the team, including managing travel and equipment.

In addition to his position at Belmont, Lesko is an assistant coach at the Pre-College Development Academy (PCDA) in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. The PCDA is the first network of post high school inter-connected soccer academies in the United States where recent high school graduates are enrolled in a 12-month training program. The residential soccer academy focuses on five key areas: academics, technical and tactical development, physical development and social well-being.

Lesko graduated from Belmont with his Master of Sport Administration degree in May of 2022 after a four-year career on the pitch at NCAA Division III Christopher Newport University in Newport News, Virginia.

A native of Blacksburg, Virginia, Lesko has diverse soccer leadership experience and has coached with the Tennessee Soccer Club. Serving as a state administrator intern at the Tennessee State Soccer Association, Lesko spent time as a sport sponsorship scout at SponsorUnited and was a varsity assistant coach during the spring of 2020 in his hometown of Blacksburg.

Gaining invaluable multicultural insight, Lesko was a camp counselor for six months in Belgium, Croatia, England, France, Italy, Ireland and Spain in 2019 through Workaway, a cultural exchange program. He managed two international bed and breakfasts and conducted household chores throughout Europe during his time abroad.

Lesko has also devoted a large majority of his offseason time to volunteer work, assisting with Virginia Legacy Youth Soccer, the Salty Dog Soccer Camp and Special Olympics Virginia at Radford University.

A midfielder as a freshman and forward throughout his final three collegiate seasons, Lesko played in 41 games for the Captains, scoring 10 points with a trio of goals and four assists. He made nine starts and recorded 12 shots with six of those on target.

Attaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in social work, Lesko graduated from Christopher Newport in May of 2019. He resides in Nashville.
