Men's Basketball Hosts Tennessee State Tuesday

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - - Belmont men's basketball wraps up a four-game homestand Tuesday against Tennessee State.

Belmont defeated Mercer, 82-78, Dec. 3 for its fifth consecutive victory overall, and 19th consecutive home victory. Junior Kerron Johnson scored a career-high 25 points, which included a Curb Event Center record 16 made free throws.

The Bruins currently rank in the Top 20 nationally in six statistical categories, including seventh in scoring offense (85.3 ppg), and ninth to assist-to-turnover ratio (1.54).

Tip-off is set for 7 p.m. CT from the Curb Event Center.
