KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – In their season opener, the Belmont men's tennis team fell to #19 Tennessee 7-0 in a match held Saturday afternoon in Knoxville.
In the first meeting between the two schools, the nationally ranked Vols picked up the first point of the match as they swept all three doubles matches. They clinched the match victory as they swept all six singles matches.
Belmont (0-1) will be back in action on January 27th as they play at Chattanooga.
