Women's Tennis Falls to #17 Vanderbilt

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- The Belmont women's tennis team fell to #17 Vanderbilt 6-0 in a match played indoors on Friday at the Currey Tennis Center on the Vanderbilt campus.

The match began with singles.  The nationally ranked Commodorestook control of the matches early and swept all six matches to clinch the 6-0 victory.  The doubles point was not contested since the result of the match had been decided.

Belmont (3-3) returns to the court tomorrow as they host North Alabama at 3:30pm indoors at the Westside Tennis Club.
