RICHMOND, Ky. -- The Belmont women's tennis team fell to Eastern Kentucky 7-0 in an OVC match held Saturday in Richmond, Kentucky.
In doubles, the Colonels picked up the first point of the match as they posted wins at positions one and two. The match at number three was not finished.
EKU clinched the 7-0 match victory over the Bruins as they swept all six singles matches.
Belmont (6-6, 2-2) will return to the court next Friday as they host Eastern Illinois at Centennial Sportsplex beginning at 10:00am.
