RICHMOND, Va. -- The Belmont men's tennis team picked up their second win of the day as they defeated Campbell 4-1 Friday at the VCU 4-1 Invitational.
In singles, Belmont swept all four matches. Mauricio Antun won at number one over MC Visser 6-4, 4-6, 6-2, while teammate Marko Lovrinovic beat Nico Rakitin at number two 6-4, 6-2. At the number three position, Cedric Dujacquier outlasted Steve Billington 1-6, 6-4, 6-3, while Robin Demasse won at number four as he defeated Jonathon O'Neal in three sets: 6-3, 3-6, 6-4.
The Camels won the lone doubles match as Lukes Schafer and Adrein Rossignon beat Caio Niel and Geoff Tulloch 6-4, 1-6, 6-4.
Belmont (2-0) wraps up play at the VCU 4-1 Invitational on Saturday morning as they face Richmond. The match is set for 8:00am.
