NASHVILLE, Tenn.—After a record setting game on Sunday, the Bruins return home to Rose Park on Tuesday to Face Lipscomb in their second matchup of the year. First pitch is scheduled for 5 PM at Rose Park.
The Bruins are now 13-11 overall and improved their OVC record to 6-2 with Sunday's win against UT Martin. Junior Tyler Fullerton (Murfreesboro, Tenn.) led at the plate last week batting .500 (7-14) with a 1.214 slugging percentage and .600 batting average. Fullerton recorded 2 homeruns in the game on Sunday and was a triple away from batting the cycle.
The Bisons are now 17-8 after taking two of the three games in the series from Georgetown. Senior Jonathan Allison received A-Sun Honors on Monday as he was named A-Sun Player of the week. The outfielder went 10-19 at the plate with 9 RBI.
