One save was against defending National Champion Vanderbilt and the other versus Memphis. Matt Beaty (Dresden, Tenn.) continues to lead at the plate and in the national standings. He is currently batting .384 for the Bruins and has recorded a team high 52 RBI.

The Gamecocks (20-20, 7-11 OVC) enter the week after a midweek loss to South Alabama. Ryan Sebra leads for the Gamecocks at the plate batting .359 he holds a team high 56 hits, 12 doubles, 5 home runs, and 34 RBIs.
